The permit holder is responsible for all maintenance work, as well as the removal and/or relocation of the communication tower or structure. If these tasks are not completed, the Planning, Zoning, and Codes Department may file a claim on the permittee’s Communication Tower or Structure Removal Bond. Funds from the bond will be used to cover the cost of removing the tower or structure from county property.
