This bond is a requirement for the issuance of a land disturbance permit and must be in an amount equal to the cost of construction and any reasonable related costs (as determined by the Public Works Department). The bond is conditioned on the contractor following stormwater practices when disturbing the land; failure to comply with the stormwater management plan will result in a bond claim. Sewage Installation or Repair Bond
This bond is used to protect against any accident or damage caused by negligence, misconduct, or violation of building regulations during the installation or repair of the sewage system.
