$25,000 Contractor's Building Code Compliance Bond - Conditioned on the contractor complying with the Building Code of Gwinnett County and correcting any building code violations.
$5,000 Septage Removal Contractor Bond - Conditioned on the contractor removing septage and correcting any defects in accordance with regulations set by the Gwinnett County Board of Health.
$5,000 On-Site Sewage Management Systems Contractor Bond - Conditioned on the contractor working on on-site sewage management systems and correcting any defects in accordance with regulations set by the Gwinnett County Board of Health.
Stormwater Management Facilities Maintenance/Performance Bond - Conditioned on the contractor shall inspect and maintain storm drainage facilities (maintenance is required for up to 18 months).
Subdivision Maintenance/Performance Bond - Conditioned on the contractor shall inspect and maintain all streets, right-of-ways, and drainage facilities shown on the final plat in accordance with the contract.
