A timber harvester’s operations must be in compliance with the Timber Ordinance. The harvester is responsible for any damages that occur to county roads or rights of way during the harvesting operations. The County will provide notice of any damages to the timber harvester to maintain or repair the damage within 72 hours; failure to restore the roads would result in the County seeking reimbursement for re-ditching or repairing existing ditch structures, removing harvesting materials from the right of way, or repairing damages to the right of way.
